That’s funny- I’ve just done part of the ironman route this morning- the Lanzarote one- much nicer wearing one layer instead of 5!! Lots of cyclists out so been recruiting for the Dynamos- turned down a guy with 70s sideburns tho – far too slow!!! Now sampling local brew watching the Wales game- have a good ride tomorrow!
