Looks good G. As you say we can lose a few hills and miles on the way out by going on the old Red Roses – Llandowror road. Or we could go south at Red Roses and join the Daffodil route to St Clears. Could also go across the pedestrian bridge to the train station in Carmarthen to avoid some traffic lights.
