    This weeks ride will be a new route. Narberth – crem – Llandewi Velfry – Llanfalteg – Cwm Miles – Efailwen – rest of the way home to be decided on route, various options available. I like to keep you on your toes.

    A pleasant little jaunt up and down the hills of Narberth and her environs, cut cruelly short by some miserable weather. Hey ho,better luck next time.
