    Pembrokeshire Velo are holding their first inter-club 10 mile TT on 15 June 2011. I know a few of you rode for the Aces last year. Is now the time to nail our colours to the mast? Please let me know if you are interested and I will warn the velo’s we are coming. You know you want to Roger…

    Sorry can’t come to play, bike being rebuilt after Sunday’s white water rafting experience, however once rebuilt methinks it’s time I joined up, if I may!

    Well done time trial people……I’ve bought some tri bars from ebay today [ I hope they fit ]…so,as I’ve bee banned from sportives , I may be joining you
