As we have been talking about having a Club ride on Zwift, thought I might try and set one up. So here is what i think will be the best way to do it.
Day Thursday 28th
Time 6:40 pm
Meet at the start line, this week I think we will ride Richmond course if not we will ride the flat course on Watopia both start line are about 500m from were you log on.
We can start with 2 laps, first lap I will lead out and try and keep about 2.5 W/kg which for me is about 220 w
second lap we can race on sprints and the hill and regroup after.
