    Rather late in the day, but if anybody is interested I will be training at Lamphey Primary School following a cycle training video, tomorrow (Sunday) at 10.00am. If you would like to join me you will need to bring your own turbo. Session is free to all but a small donation would be appreciated.

    During the dark winter months I will be training at the school most Sundays with all those who have the inclination.

    Thank you for the offer Simon. Great idea. I will hopefully take you up on it some time. Had our staff party last night so the last thing I needed was a turbo session this morning! Did manage to go out for a couple of hours this morning to clear the head. Weather wasn`t bad either.

    A mixture of Dynamos and NBCC at Lamphey today – 1hr 24 mins of fun and sweat! It is hoped to do the same next Sunday.

    Unfortunately I am unable to ride with the club this Sunday but I hope to do a short turbo session at Lamphey on Sunday morning starting at 9.30am

    If you have a turbo all are welcome.

    Weather looking wet and windy tomorrow -20th Dec – Free turbo session at Lamphey School starting at 11 am – school open at 10.45am. You will need to bring your own turbo ( donation for lights would be appreciated £1.)

    Another wet Sunday forecasted – I will be at Lamphey tomorrow (27th Dec)- intending to do a 1 hour turbo session. Starting at 10.00am. All welcome. You will need your own turbo.

    No turbo at Lamphey this Sunday (17th Jan)- Leaving Narberth at 9.00am Sunday for a spin along the coast.
