I know it’s a bit of a journey, but for anyone without a job or has a spare afternoon and petrol in the car the GB olympic track team are hosting an open training session on Thursday 26 July at the Newport velodrome (Sadly you don’t get to ride).
Tickets to watch are free and on a first come basis. Booked mine this morning, I’ll be cycling over from Penarth if anyone wants to join me.
