I will clearly be recuperating in an old peoples home, but the more spritely in the Club (or those not stupid enough to think a 100 mile ride from Cardiff is a good idea) might fancy a ‘warm down’ ride on Sunday. If so post away with your ideas.
Not for me. If i even mentioned a bike ride on sunday i will be hung, drawn and skewerd ready for one of my delicious bbq`s. Day home with my darling wife. 😉
