    This Sunday is the Pembrokeshire Charity Bike Ride starting at Haverfordwest Rugby Club with bikes away from 8am. Any one wanting to cycle down from Narberth, Andrew will post the leaving time shortly.

    It does start a little earlier this year. But I’m still up for cycling down and back if the weather stays fine. Meet up at 7 am at Bloomfield.

    change of plan for me. won’t make it tomorrow going on shorter trip to get used to new bike and cleats .
