    Meet at Bloomfield at 9am, it looks for a hot day, Tenby is going to be busy with the Long Course Weekend on, so off to the hills.

    Mynachlog-ddu Loop, 44miles with 687m of ascent

    Route S4

    I will not be there doing Wales Sportive on Saturday.so i will leave the course changers to alter the route as they see fit.
