Left home in the rain and made a path up to new moat via penffordd , still raining .stopped with jams fellow dynamo and headed up towards rosebush and when we arrived we turned right into the off road trail’s,we made a few loops around the woods and then decended down on a fast track it was then jams went out off control.He hit a rock hard lost his grip on the bars and smashed his chest on the handle bars he resembled an orangotan on speed and how he didn’t crash I will never know,it was at this point I started laughing after we had stopped safely.it was then I heard his tyre hissing yes It was flat.With no spare tube patches didn’t work so only option was to walk home,I think he had about 6 miles to go.I left him there and headed home down to maenclochog then brechfa,gelli then home.
