    We have again been asked to man the feed station in Narberth on Sunday 13 Sep.
    Matt (Stumpy) will be in charge. It would be good if we could get at least 10 volunteers to help out.
    Could you put your name down here or let me or Stumpy know if you can help in any way.

    Not had much response yet. Ironman want to know if we have the numbers for the feed station. Apparently they are 200 volunteers short for the day.
    So if you don’t fancy being on the feed station you could volunteer to be a marshall somewhere on the course.

    Will be there for startup and for as much of the of the day as I can manage. Do you want me there at 7.30 or 8.00?

    I’ve been waiting for work confirmation before committing to the feed station. I can be there in the morning only, as I have to fly away to distant lands with work. What time do we start? I will probably have to leave at midday.

    Just had info off ironman. If anyone would like to attend any of the race meetings they will be held –
    Tuesday (tonight) At saundersfoot sports club 7pm
    Wednesday Devalence Tenby 7pm
    Thursday Lamphey cricket club 7pm
