Glancing through my notes of last year’s AGM I noticed that we had agreed to hold the AGM at the end of April. So with reference to the Valley Road Calendar the AGM will be held at 7.00pm on 16 May 2014 at Narberth Rugby Club giving you a whole month to think of interesting things to raise and of course lobby fellow club members for your votes.

An agenda and nomination papers will follow in due course.

Please accept my apologies. I am in London on Friday and unable to attend

Sadly it looks like I’ll have to send my apologies as I’m missing my wife’s birthday to cycle with Leighton in france and need to make up some brownie points.

Andrew – why not spoil the wife and bring her along to the AGM.

In keeping with previous years our letter box has (not) been bulging with nominations for Committee Roles. The dynasty is set to continue….

Still lots to discuss so hopefully see you on Friday.

Is it within the power of the ride coordinator to suggest routes that can only be achieved by swimming or running? If so someone nominate me.

In case you’re not sure who I am – Hi, I’m Slinky, I used to ride with the Dynamos before I had a child.

    Slinky,

I’m due to join you in the ‘used to ride before I had a child bracket’ Maybe we could form our own rival club and sit at home looking out of the window dreaming of being on a bike (in club kit of course)?

    Ian,

Let me know which is the most glamourist unfilled role which involves the least amount of work (see future child comment).

If I can get there I will, after all I’m in the dog house anyway…
