Great ride this one. Good course with 3/4 really hard climbs. Very well marshalled with plenty of arrows to point where to go. Don`t think you could get lost if you tried.

But it would be nice to do a sportive without –

a) Rain

b) Wind

c) Riding the last 75  mile on your own

d) falling off

But it didn`t spoil the day. And i must say the support we got from the roadside was great. Very friendly people up there. Shame there wasn`t more riders doing it.

One for the diary next year.
