No sign of our usual scribes on Sunday morning so here goes.
8 hardy souls braved the chilly breeze and threatened showers to embark upon the route to Dale in reverse so we could accept and remain motivated by Simon’s kind offer of hopsitality on the return leg. In attendance in no particular order were Gary, Dan, Simon, John, Alex, Julie, Flapjack & Pete. The peleton headed off and the skies darkened. Pete left us at Carew but the rest carried bravely on over roads that seldom see a Dynamos shirt. Over the Cleddau Bridge, through Milford and out towards Dale. The decision was taken to miss out Dale and turn towards Haverfordwest and the direction of mulled wine. Chez Simon a spread awaited us, bread, cheese, pate, quiche, mice pies, stollen – I could go on! All very welcome. Seven arrived for refreshments but only three left by bike to arrive back in Narberth around 2.30. (55 miles)
