Sounds as though I missed a good club ride last weekend. I did a bit of a solo ride of about 28 miles with just over 2500 ft of ascent with 1850 ft as a single climb over 5 miles. On the return met up with Chris in a little place called Kardamyli for a coffee stop (keeping up the new tradition), outside in the sunshine. Still in shorts and short sleeve top, it must be warm!

Weather looks good for Sunday so I could plan another excursion into the mountains and maybe a swim later. Keep up turbo training, it works!
