Mr and Mrs ValleyMan are considering making a return to the road on Sunday but fear after a bit of a layoff tackling the wilds of North Pembrokeshire at Dynamos pace might be a bit beyond us (as well as subjecting us to potential ridicule).
We are therefore planning a more gentile 30mile loop around Narberth. See you at 0900 (Welsh Standard ValleyTime) tomorrow assuming we make it up Narberth Hill….
