5 Things I have learnt today
1. If the Valley Road crew are on time, they are up to something.
2. Sometimes there are more non-Dynamos club jerseys than Dynamos club jerseys on a Dynamos club run.
3. Sometimes the short route does not feel particularly short.
4. If a road sign says ‘Deep Ford Ahead’ there is probably a deep ford ahead.
5. Vertical rivers of cow shit do exist and it is possible to cycle up them.
