I think your stats are wrong (better to work with kilometres distance & metres climbed or miles & feet) Although I went slightly different end of route to you my stats were – 53 miles & 4560 feet (about 1500 metres)

Sorry I split from you I had presumed you were going to ride the main road back to Carew – if I had known you were doing Cosheton I would have joined you.

Can I propose for next week to do similar but include what we missed

Princess Gate – Ludchurch – Colby – Amroth – Wiseman’s Bridge – Coppitt Hall – Saundersfoot – Tenby – Manobier Coast – Fresh East – Pembroke – Lamphey – Redberth – Sageston – Carew – Cresselly – Lawrenny – Cross Hands – Templeton – Narberth

could miss out Fresh East if wanted.
