Decided as weather was rubbish to ride my single speed & then got up late – so decided to just go for ride on my own – happened to bump into Aces at Jefferston so rode with them – narberth – tavernspite – ludchurch – wisemans bridge – saundersfoot – which are definitely not zone 1 & 2 on single – but if I had done brandy hill on it might have reached new max hr.

Anyway sorry missed you – should be out next sunday

Fancy riding to fishguard then back along coast to st davids – then hwest & neyland – pembroke dock – cosheton – carew – cresselly – lawrenny – cross hands
