‘Controversy today on the Narberth Dyanamos Club Ride.

At a hastily convened Extraordinary General Meeting of the Flat Earth Society (Narberth Branch) at the top of Freshwater East hill, a vote of no confidence forced the current Chairman to resign. The motion ‘actions liable to bring the Society into disrepute’ was according to an member who did not wish to be named for a disgusting display of competitive hill climbing that made me sick to my stomach. He had been at it all day and this was the final straw said another.

Later in the day and following allegations that he was a part of a ‘Strava’ ring, police raided his home removing a number of items including a laptop and Garmin cycle computer.

Close friends of Dave ‘Sweaty’ Edwards said that he had for some time been considering a defection to the the United Kingdom Incline Party (UKIP), which he claims better represents his beliefs and aspirations.
